Terms of Use

Welcome to Jigsy. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using our mobile app, puzzle games, images, categories, daily puzzles, tokens, rewards, purchases, advertisements, and related services.

Jigsy is provided by Glitters and Smiles d/b/a Tech Glitters ("Tech Glitters," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Jigsy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who Can Use the App

Jigsy is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for making sure your use of the app complies with all applicable laws.

2. App License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Jigsy for your own personal entertainment and non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, exploit, or misuse the app, its code, artwork, puzzles, images, designs, features, or content except as allowed by law.

3. Puzzle Content and Images

Jigsy may include puzzle categories, daily puzzles, artwork, facts, remote/API-driven images, and other visual content.

Some content may be provided by us, our licensors, our service providers, or remote content services. All app-provided content remains owned by us or our licensors.

You may not extract, download, redistribute, sell, or reuse app-provided images, puzzle content, or visual assets outside the app unless we give written permission.

4. Your Photos and User Content

Jigsy may allow you to create puzzles using photos or images from your device.

You are responsible for any image you choose to use. You confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it.

You agree not to use images that are illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, or that violate another person's rights.

Unless the app clearly tells you otherwise, your personal photos are used to provide the puzzle experience and are not owned by us.

5. Game Progress, Rewards, and Tokens

Jigsy may include game tokens, rewards, hints, time extensions, puzzle unlocks, achievements, scores, progress history, or similar gameplay features.

Game tokens and rewards:

• have no cash value;
• cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money;
• may only be used inside Jigsy;
• may be changed, limited, reset, or discontinued where allowed by law.

We may adjust token rewards, puzzle difficulty, unlock rules, hints, time limits, or gameplay balancing to improve the app experience.

6. Sequential Puzzle Unlocking

Some category puzzles may be locked and must be played in order. In those categories, the next puzzle unlocks only after the previous puzzle has been completed.

Jigsy may also offer optional unlock methods, such as watching a rewarded advertisement, when available.

7. Ads and Rewarded Ads

Jigsy may show advertisements, including rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may provide optional benefits such as hints, extra time, tokens, or puzzle unlocks.

A reward is granted only when the ad provider confirms that the rewarded ad was completed successfully. Ads may not always be available.

Third-party ad providers may process certain device, usage, or advertising data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Jigsy may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium features, remove-ads options, tokens, or other paid content.

Payments are processed by the app store or platform where you downloaded the app, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refunds are handled according to that platform's policies.

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account settings before the renewal date.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

9. Leaderboards and Achievements

Jigsy may include scores, achievements, progress history, or leaderboards. If you choose to use these features, your display name, score, rank, achievements, or gameplay statistics may appear in the app.

We may remove leaderboard entries that appear fraudulent, abusive, automated, or otherwise unfair.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse, hack, disrupt, or overload the app or its services;
• attempt to bypass locks, subscriptions, ads, purchases, or token systems;
• use bots, automation, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized tools;
• upload or use content that violates another person's rights;
• interfere with another user's experience;
• use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Without limiting the above, you agree not to use Jigsy in a way that causes or is intended to cause harm to any person, device, system, service, property, reputation, legal right, or third-party relationship.

You are responsible for your use of Jigsy, your content, and any consequences of saving, exporting, publishing, sharing, or relying on content through the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Glitters is not responsible for harm, losses, disputes, claims, or damages that arise from your misuse of Jigsy, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement of another person's rights, or your interactions with third-party services, platforms, or people.

11. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Jigsy at any time. Some features require internet access and may not be available at all times.

Remote content, categories, images, daily puzzles, ads, purchases, leaderboards, and online features may depend on third-party services and network availability.

12. Privacy

Your use of Jigsy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how data is collected, used, stored, and shared.

13. No Warranty

Jigsy is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Puzzle content, facts, scores, rewards, and features are provided for entertainment and general informational purposes only.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Glitters and Smiles d/b/a Tech Glitters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, lost rewards, lost profits, or inability to use the app.

15. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glitters and Smiles d/b/a Tech Glitters and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of Jigsy, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, your negligence, fraud, misconduct, unauthorized activity, or any harm or alleged harm caused by your actions.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Jigsy or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or create risk for us, other users, or third-party services.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

17. App Store Terms

If you downloaded Jigsy from Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app platform, your use of the app may also be subject to that platform's terms and policies. If there is a conflict between these Terms and required app store terms, the app store terms may apply where required.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date. Continued use of Jigsy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
